Make a Reservation at a Reciprocal Club
Members must create and cancel their own reservations at the reciprocal club to avoid any miscommunication issues. Credit card information is usually requested during this process. Once the reservation has been confirmed, a Letter of Introduction must be obtained. This letter serves as proof of membership in good standing and is sent by the Front Desk to the reciprocal club on your behalf.

Request a Letter of Introduction
Members can request a Letter of Introduction by contacting the Front Desk at by phone at 202-824-1396 or email [email protected], or simply complete the Letter of Introduction form below. Please note, when requesting a Letter of Introduction, members must provide the name of the reciprocal club and the exact dates of their visit. Members may also request a copy of their Letter of Introduction by providing their fax number or email address. If traveling abroad, it is advisable to carry a copy of your Letter of Introduction to present at the reciprocal club. Please note, we will address all requests within regular business hours, Monday to Friday.

Check-in, Check-out & Cancellations at Reciprocal Clubs
Upon arrival at the reciprocal club, members should check in at the guest services desk and settle all charges before departing, when possible. This ensures the accuracy of charges and avoids any issues with “no-show” fees that are charged by some clubs for unfulfilled reservations. Members should cancel any reservations they do not intend to honor, as reciprocal clubs may charge fees for unfulfilled bookings, similar to hotels.
